Refund and Payment Policy

About this policy

This policy explains how payments work, and what happens in the usual and the unusual cases. It is part of the Terms of Service. It covers payments in USDT on the BSC and TRON networks.

Invoice time and address

Each invoice is valid for 6 hours from the moment it is created. A countdown on the payment page shows the time left.

Each invoice has its own deposit address. Never reuse the address of an earlier invoice.

Send the exact amount

Send exactly the amount shown, in USDT, on the network you chose. Other tokens and other networks are not accepted.

You pay the network fee and any withdrawal fee that your exchange or wallet charges. If your exchange takes its fee out of the amount you send, make sure that the full amount shown arrives.

If you send too little

If you send less than the amount shown, we show how much is still missing. You can send the rest to the same address while the invoice is valid.

If the invoice has expired and an amount is still missing, we do not activate your purchase, and the amount you already sent is not returned automatically. See the section on getting help.

If you send too much, or send twice

If you send more than the amount shown, your purchase is activated once, and the extra amount is added to your USD balance automatically. Extra amounts are rounded down to the whole cent.

If you send another payment to an invoice that is already paid, or to an invoice that was replaced, it is recorded but not added to your balance automatically. An invoice is replaced when the same purchase was already completed in another way, or is no longer possible. Amounts you sent to an invoice before it was replaced are added to your USD balance. Any other payment to a paid or replaced invoice, and any payment that arrives after an invoice has expired, is reviewed individually: send us the transaction id (txid) through the contact channel. We do not promise a refund.

Payments of less than 1 USD sent to an invoice that is already paid, or that was replaced, are only recorded: they are not reviewed and not added to your balance.

Your USD balance can only be used inside CheapVids. It cannot be withdrawn, and it cannot be exchanged back into money.

If you send too late

If your payment reaches the blockchain after the invoice has expired, we do not credit it automatically.

What counts is the time of the block that contains your transaction, not the time our systems noticed it. A payment that is in a block before the invoice expired still counts, even if we see it a little later.

Wrong network or wrong token

If you send to the right address on the wrong network, or you send a different token, we cannot recover it for you. Please check the network and the token before you send.

Getting help

We record every payment that reaches our addresses. If something looks wrong, contact us at Telegram: t.me/CheapVids_Com and include the transaction ID (txid).

We look at each case on its own. We do not promise a refund or any particular outcome. Depending on the case, we may complete your purchase, add an amount to your USD balance, or leave things as they are.

General rules

• Crypto payments cannot be reversed.
• Plans and add-ons that have started are not refundable. A plan period starts when your payment is confirmed, or, for a period bought in advance, when the previous period ends.
• Your credits go back to you automatically when a job fails for a technical reason, as described in the Terms of Service. The credits used for a successful result are not returned.
• When you upgrade a Studio plan, the unused full days are added to your USD balance, as described in the Terms of Service.
• There is no grace period after a plan period ends.
• A suspension for breaking the rules does not come with a refund.
• Payments sent from wallet addresses that appear on public sanctions lists or on a stablecoin issuer's blocklist may be held for review, and are not credited automatically.

Apart from what is written in these documents, we do not promise refunds.
