About the service

CheapVids is a tool for creating AI images and videos. You can use it on the web and through our API.

When you create something, we pass your request to AI providers that we work with. They are third parties. We may add, change or remove providers and models as the service evolves.

Depending on demand, a job may wait in a queue before it starts.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "CheapVids" mean the operator of the CheapVids service. We do not publish a company name in these Terms. The way to reach us is the channel in the Contact section.

By using CheapVids you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Payment Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use CheapVids

You must be at least 18 years old. When you accept these Terms, you confirm that you are.

You sign in with a Google account. Please keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person should use one account. Please do not open several accounts to claim the free trial more than once or to get around limits. If we see this, we may refuse the free trial or close the accounts.

Availability and maintenance

We work to keep CheapVids running, but we provide it on a best-effort basis.

There will be maintenance, and sometimes interruptions. They can come from us, from our hosting and network providers, from blockchain networks, or from the AI providers behind the service. A model can become slow or limited, be paused for a while, or be withdrawn.

We do not promise any level of uptime, speed or results. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.

AI output varies. The same prompt can give different results, and a result may contain mistakes or may not look the way you imagined. A result that was created successfully is not refundable because of how it looks.

If a long interruption affects paid plans, we may extend the affected plans by the time that was lost. We decide this case by case. It is not a commitment.

Plans, allowances and credits

CheapVids has two plan groups. They are independent of each other, and you can hold both at the same time.

• Studio gives a daily allowance of videos and images. It works only with the models marked for Studio on the pricing page. The allowance refreshes every day at 00:00 UTC. What you do not use does not carry over to the next day.
• Credits gives a pool of credits for the period. You can spend them on any available model. The credits of a plan period expire when that period ends.

Each time you create something, you choose which group to use. This is true on the web and in the API. We never switch to the other group for you. If the group you chose has no allowance or no credits left, the request is declined with an error, even if the other group could have paid for it.

We only sell periods of 30 days, paid in advance. There are no longer plans and no discount for longer periods.

There is no grace period. When a period ends, it ends: the Studio allowance stops and the credits of that period expire at that moment. To keep your plan going, renew before it ends. Renewing early adds the next period after the current one.

You can turn on auto-renewal for a plan. It is off unless you turn it on. Shortly before the period ends, we try to pay for the next period from your USD balance. If the balance is not enough, we charge nothing and the plan ends as usual.

Add-ons are extra credits. They expire 30 days after you buy them. You can buy an add-on only while you have an active Credits plan. Once you have bought one, its credits stay usable until its own expiry date, even if your Credits plan has ended.

When you spend credits, the ones that expire first are used first, and free trial credits are used last.

You can claim free trial credits in the app by pressing the claim button. The amount and how long they last are shown when you claim, and we can change or pause the free trial at any time. Trial credits work for creating images from text only. They cannot be used for video, or for modes that use an input image. Images made with trial credits carry a watermark. Trial credits cannot be used through the API. The free trial is shared by all users and has daily and hourly limits, so at times it can run out for a while.

Changing plans

Upgrading. If you buy a higher tier in the same group, you pay the full price of the new tier and a new period of 30 days starts right away.

• In Studio, the full days you have not used in your current period are converted to USD and added to your USD balance. The amount is based on the price you actually paid for that period and is rounded down to the cent.
• In Credits, the credits that remain from your current period stay valid until their original expiry date.
• Periods you had paid for in advance that had not started yet are cancelled, and the price you paid for them is added to your USD balance.

Downgrading. You can schedule a lower tier. It starts after the periods you have already paid for, and you pay nothing for the change. You can cancel the schedule at any time. Apart from scheduling, you cannot buy a tier lower than the one you have.

Buying, renewing or changing a plan in one group never affects your plan in the other group.

Your credits when something goes wrong

Your credits are held while a job runs. They are used only when the result is created successfully.

If a job fails for a technical reason, is stopped because it took too long, or is cancelled by you while it is still waiting, the credits go back to you automatically. You do not need to ask. A job that the AI provider is already working on can no longer be cancelled.

Your credits also go back when the AI provider declines a request because of its content rules. Repeated violations can still lead to suspension, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your credits go back to the lot they were taken from. If that lot has already expired, we put them in a refund lot that is valid for 7 days.

Studio allowance goes back in the same way, but only on the same UTC day it was used. After 00:00 UTC the day has changed and the allowance is not given back.

The credits that were used for a successfully created result are not returned.

Price changes

We may change the number of credits a generation costs at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice. The change applies to jobs you create after it takes effect.

We may also change the price of plans and add-ons at any time, without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you create your invoice. A period you have already paid for keeps the price you paid.

Payments

We accept USDT only, on the BSC and TRON networks. To buy something, you create an invoice for it and send the amount to the deposit address shown on that invoice.

Each invoice is valid for 6 hours and has its own address. Before the address is shown, you confirm that you have read the payment rules. These rules are in the Refund and Payment Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please read it before you pay.

Crypto payments cannot be reversed. You pay the network fees.

USD balance

Your USD balance is an amount you hold with CheapVids and can use only inside the service.

It comes from extra amounts you send, from payments to invoices that were already paid or replaced, from unused Studio days when you upgrade, and from adjustments we make by hand.

You can use it to buy plans and add-ons, including renewals and auto-renewal. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged back into cryptocurrency or cash, or transferred to someone else.

A payment of less than 1 USD sent to an invoice that is already paid or has been replaced is recorded but not added to your balance. See the Refund and Payment Policy.

API access

Every plan includes API access. API keys and webhooks become available after your first USDT payment of at least the price of our lowest-priced plan. Free trial credits cannot be used through the API.

Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with them. You can revoke a key at any time and create a new one. Do not resell or share your keys.

Rate limits apply, and they depend on the plan you use. If you go over a limit, requests are declined with an error, and you can try again after the time we tell you.

Results created through the API are not stored by CheapVids. See the section on your content and results.

Your content and your results

You are responsible for your prompts and for the images you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use the images you upload, and that what you create and how you use it follows the law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your prompts, uploads or results. You allow us, and the providers that help us, to process them as needed to provide and protect the service. This includes reviewing them when we handle a report or a violation.

We cannot promise that a result is free of third-party rights, or that you may use it for any purpose. That depends on what you ask for, on the law where you are, and on the terms of the AI providers.

Web results are kept for a limited time, 24 hours after they are ready by default. The time they will be deleted is shown on each result. After that they are deleted from CheapVids systems, so please download your results right away. A copy may stay for a short time with the AI provider that created it. That is outside our control. We can change the retention time, and a change applies only to results created after it.

API results are not stored by CheapVids. We give you a download link on our own domain. By default you can download for 24 hours after the job is ready. Each link we give you is short-lived, and you can ask for a new one at any time within that window. After that window it stops working and returns an error. Please download what you need within that time.

Downloading API results through our links has reasonable daily limits for each account and for each result. The numbers are in the API documentation.

In some places, AI-generated content must be labelled. Where you use it, this is your responsibility.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is used to abuse the free trial, or that is involved in fraud. After repeated violations this can happen automatically.

When an account is suspended, its waiting jobs are cancelled and their credits are released. A suspension does not by itself entitle you to a refund of what you paid.

You can stop using CheapVids whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version has a version number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page.

For an important change, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you open the app. Until you do, the features that create content, upload files, make purchases or create API keys and webhooks are not available on the web. If you use the API, you have 14 days after we publish an important change to accept it on the web before API requests that create content are declined.

For small changes, such as fixing a typo, we only show a notice.

Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. This includes losses caused by interruptions, by third-party providers or blockchain networks, or by payments sent to the wrong network, token or address.

Where the law does make us responsible, our responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the period in which the problem happened.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
